Executive Strategist & Legacy Builder →
Jazmin Jones, a Houston native and embodiment of entrepreneurial spirit, has carved a distinguished path as a financial executive, philanthropist, business innovator, writer, director, podcast host, community cultivator, and executive producer. With roots deeply entrenched in hard work—thanks to her mother’s leadership of a behavioral health nonprofit for over two decades and her father’s long-standing tenure at Anheuser Busch—Jazmin’s drive for business excellence was fostered from a young age.
Jazmin’s expertise spans over 17 years in finance and business administration, making her a cornerstone in the community for guiding both for-profit and nonprofit organizations toward financial stability and growth. Her keen insight into the operational challenges entrepreneurs face led to the inception of The Business Umbrella in 2019, a platform dedicated to empowering overworked business owners to scale new heights and realize their full potential.
Capitalizing on her experiences, Jazmin launched a podcast under The Business Umbrella, ‘Let’s Talk Business’, providing a platform for entrepreneurs and realtors to share insights. The success of this endeavor inspired the creation of Community Cultivation Network (CCN) in early 2022, a broadcasting media network dedicated to connecting creatives and small business owners to their communities worldwide through media and event production. Through CCN, Jazmin has built a strong team that now supports creatives and entrepreneurs globally.
Furthering her vision in the media industry, Jazmin has stepped into writing and directing, leveraging storytelling to amplify voices and create impactful narratives. As an executive producer, she is dedicated to producing high quality content that fosters community connection and business growth. Her latest project, It Was All a Dream, highlights themes of generational wealth, resilience, and community impact.
Jazmin’s commitment to creative and business excellence also led her, in partnership with her father, to revitalize her grandfather’s machine shop into a state-of-the-art, 11,000-square-foot media production and recording studio. This venture is both a tribute to her heritage and a bold step forward in advancing media production capabilities. Amid her professional achievements, Jazmin is a devoted mother to three children, balancing leadership of The Business Umbrella and Community Cultivation Network & Studios while continuing to elevate entrepreneurs, creatives, and communities through media, business, and storytelling.
